I have a table that's loosely based on the stock T4 dizzy, but with idle at 12.5 degrees, and some advance taken out at the top end. WOT tops out at 27 degrees. I have some of Jake's recommendations in there, too (or at least my interpretation of them).
I'm still actively jacking with the timing, and note I used "cold advance"function over the full temp range, adding 10 degrees at low temp and pulling timing above a certain temp.
I'm hoping to get an insulated CHT setup working so i can log ACTUAL CHT using my EGT amp, want to try and set that channel up as CLT... not sure easiest way to get that.
For those who just want to look at the pictures...

Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.
I'm still working on my spark table as well. I recently tweaked the fuel delivery so I'm working to get it dialed in before I throw on the det cans and really dial in the timing.

You can see my fuel strategy here. I'm currently trying out map switching to give me more RPM resolution for fuel as I had a couple of columns that just wouldn't tune properly.

I've got a couple of header flanges that are leaking and low vacuum due to the intake setup and large cam, so that's the reason for the odd lean spike around 75 kpa.

Here's my current setup, MS3/MS3x on a T4 1.8, web73 with 2L Porsche heads and intake/widened bus plenum to match.

Pile, I assume that new timing map still has the 10º shift in it? Why are you targeting in the 13.5 range for AFRs at WOT? Just curious, as I've never seen gains with that lean of an AFR under power. After 12.8 or so I've always seen diminishing returns. And you're not kidding on the lean cruise either ... I've never tried it, but it is cooler on that side of stoich. Thanks for sharing!
