Break it in as you would a normally-aspirated motor. If you have access to carbs and exhaust, its sometime easier to break it in normally aspirated so you can properly break in the cam with no worries.

i was planning to put my engine working in the bench of a friend, because that i have acess to all the engine parts...but my problems are:
1)how to make the oil pass to the turbo before the engine run...
2)after all preparatives to put the engine working, how many time i have to do this? one week? one month?

Thanks

Pull your oil inlet to the turbo and funnel in some oil. You might want to rig the wastegate open so that if you can dial the carbs in without boost. For cam break in you'll want a high idle, about 2000rpm. After a hundred miles or so change the oil, some engine builders like to use straight 30w oil for break in. Do not use synthetic oil for break in. Use it later if you want though. Readjust the valves at this point. Repeat at 300,500, and 1000 mile marks.
