power valves for Holley carbs...

For those running 4 barrel carbs, what power valve do you guys use. We (Lester and I) have been having a hard time getting the fuel curve right on the SSG. I just purchased a 125-25 (tip in point is at 2.5 inches of Mercury/Hg) which is the lowest they have. To be honest, I don't even know what is in the carb now, but I DO KNOW it adds fuel way to soon. Thanks for the help!!

I got pretty good at tuning them (ran one on my turbo for over 10 years). Measure the manifold vac at idle, then give me a shout back with the reading.
