annealing disk

Post by jrinlv315 »

anyone know where I can pick one up??

If I am not using the right name, I'm looking for a metal working tool that you run on a power tool and spin it on the metal to heat it up, then quench it with water pulling it back into shape. Hope that makes sence...

Shrinking disk. Do a search on the Forum for John Kelly, he'll sell you one.

John's disk works as well as he says. No need to spend $250 for an "original" Sunchaser shrinking disk...
