distributor for a 1.8L bay window bus motor

What is the correct distributor for a 1.8L Bus motor? (Type-4)?
would a STOCK vac-advance dizzy work with it (stock from a 74 super beetle), or would somthing like a 009 "WORK"?

I believe that the stock distributor is some sub-species of "205" distributor, with vacuum retard. (Possibly also with advance.)
Mallory is the best--expensive, but the best according to pretty much everyone here. If you can find a stock distributor in decent shape it will also work well.
The 009? Well.... It's cheap! (That's the only good thing I can think of about the 009.)
