what do you know about this motor, I was over in Germany last week and found one. I think it is a 3.2L. Any info would be great.
Somebody has to know of the Oettinger flat 6

180 hp. LOADS of torque.
Designed to push the T3 Transporter into the front of the fast lane.
VERY expensive.

With the same modifications as the regular WBX, yes.

Okrasa is the "old" name for Oettinger.
WBX-6 are available as 3.2l and 3.7l displacements.
WBX-4 are 2.5l.(82x98)
All these motors are using extremely expensive and and "almost impossible to locate" unique parts.
The wbx-6 (3.2) using the following wbx-4 (DJ euro spec 10.5 high comp)
pistons *(3.7l 98mm)
cylinders *(3.7l 98mm)
connecting rods
pushrods
All the rest are unique Oettinger parts.
Some time ago I spotted a ad for a pair of new old stock wbx-6 heads for... 6000 EUR!

There was a Doka with an Oettinger 6 in Germany on Ebay a few weeks ago. Interesting engine, but I thought the rocker covers looked a bit Soviet-era East German, if you know what I mean.
