Least expensive exhaust for type 4 into type1?

Which one to choose, I like the look of Turbo Thomas' type 1 style header. are there others that a stinger can mount to for my type1? And Which size should I go for, I am looking at a 1.75" header, should I go smaller? The engine will eventually get a trip to your place Jake, to be made massIVe.

Just go ahead and invets in a BAS system... Thats the least thing we use, nothing any cheaper currently seals off and does its job correctly..

I was kinda hoping to put on a stinger, but, that sports racing header looks like it would be pretty mean sounding.

When its on the dyno its the loudest thing in the world... I have been told that it can be heard over 6 miles from my shop!

Is that just the header without the dual muffler setup, I'm planning on using the complete BAS system with heater boxes and all but I want a quite ride nothing loud.

Yes, header only # 21152.
With muflers it sounds just like a 911 engine.
