Over the years, I've gotten tons of email on Welders....

Here's some notes (would appreciate smart people adding on)....

Welders
--Only get the version with the gas option
--check how much power supply you have (if you're thinking of 220)
--buy a model that has replaceable parts -- built on standard guns, feeders etc
--check into used welders -- they're repairable.

Don't Forget
--Grinders (Angle, die & wire brushes)
--Safety Equipment
--Gas Tank Budget.

... and here's a handy cart for that welder. I got this years ago at Home Depot (I think). There's room for the tank (not shown in this picture) down below.

ive found the cart in Harware store in Embrun,Ontario, Canada, it was in Alfa Laval promotion (agricultural hardware product for farmer).

Before gas i was on Flux, but GAS tank improved much much more welding... i talk from experience and im an amateur welder.
very useful cart and there a small chain to keep the gas bottle... i can take more picture of the cart if you want to build one, email me.
