Door Hinge Panels

Hey all,

Has anyone ever replcaed the door hinge panels in their bug?? If so, what all is invloved in this process..

You mean the hinges themselves?

Nah the part of the door frame where the hinge attaches.

Many people have replaced the lower hinge pillars as they are available from most major parts suppliers. I've seen that done and it was not that bad. If you plan on replacing the whole pillar, you will probably need to find a donor car and it will be a bit more labor intensive. If you are wanting to replace the hinge pillars on your '67, let me know. I have a donor section you can have.
