I want the logod and some of the other stuff on my ghia to have a polished copper/bronze finish. How can I go about doing this. Is their an electro plating process I can do?

You've got a few options on this one:
Powdercoat would be the first thing I'd think of, but I'm not sure your emblems would hold up to the blasting/etching process.
You might also try POR-15's Colorchrome product.
And there's always metallic paint, but I don't think you'd end up with a good finish.

You'll find yourself polishing the stuff frequently since it'll tarnish pretty fast. I'd find alternative coating like suggested above if you rather not sped too much time polishing.
Also most new bronze statue isn't really made of bronze. But plaster painted with bronze-like paint.

Caswell plating -
http://www.caswellplating.com - has a flash copper kit that is used as a base coat for chroming to fill pits and scratches. You would have to polish and then lacquer it to keep it looking shiny.
I am not affiliated with them in any way but when I started doing CAD and CAD II one of their kits got me going.
