85.5 is Piston Diameter so just add about 1/8" to that.

Nominal dimension is 93.8mm; you can always file/grind/sand it down later I suppose but don't make it fit too snugly or it'll be an annoyance to pull out (the grease doesn't need to fill the whole void, just a film around the perimeter of the face will do).
Here's a tip - drill the "fill hole" well off-center, it'll make it easier to chase the bubble when the chamber is almost full. If you use a center-piloted cutting tool you'll need to epoxy the center hole shut.

Like Marc said. Drop the plexi-glass disc into the head. Mark the spot to drill a 5/64" hole at a point just at the inside edge of the combustion chamber. After the hole is drilled, use a 5/16" drill to put a taper on the "outside" end of the hole. It helps for filling with the 60ml syringe you can pick up for a couple of bucks at any farm supply. You don't need the actual needle unless you feel like sharing with a bus-load of junkies.
