I need to know what the exact routing is as I'm putting this thing back to-gether from a gas station screwing with it . any help here ? Bently manual does NOT cover this info .

The 75 1.8 uses an L-jet EFI, as the later Type Is did. Your car may or may not have the EGR and smog pump plumbing. If it does not, then ignore those parts of the diagram.
The locations of the components on the T-I are bound to be different. Hopefully the 914 diagram will at least get you started and give you some idea of what components are attached to which vacuum sources.

Thanx , I would still like to know which lines are ported vacuum Vs. manifold vacuum , I have printed it out and will drag it to the car and see if it helps , I'm sure it will !

As far as I can tell, the only place that ever gets ported vacuum is the vacuum advance line to the distributor. The retard line might see a different ported vacuum, but I think it simply sees manifold vacuum as well.
A lot of the vacc lines are simply "throttle bypass" circuits. The aux air regulator and the decel valve, in particular, act as throttle bypasses that open under different circumstances.
I'm not sure about the smog plumbing.
