Data logging
Data logging
Does anyone know of a stand alone data logger that you don't have to take a loan out to buy? It would be very useful in tuning Fuel Injection for optimum performance. But the price thing is hard to get around.

Most systems that use a laptop don't require add on hardware for datalogging. Haltech just needs the laptop hooked up and then down load. The laptop will then run a printer if you want to have a hard copy. Doesn't SDS have that option?

Thanks, You just helped me on my decision, you get what you pay for and I would want a more "loaded" system that I wouldn't have to add stuff to. That would be driving the price of an sds up past the others. I'll do some more comparsion shopping. Thanks again.

Data logging
johnny....
SDS does not have ANY data logging capabilities...for all you database guys out there.....I would consider SDS a "Flat" system where Motec and Haltech and Electromotive are "Relational"
the major drawback of a lower priced system......
Peace.........BartG
