Hi Derrick,

That sounds like a decent price to me.

Take an ice pick and shove it up into the bottom just behing the rocker panel along the pinch seam, directly below center of door sill, especially towards the rear about straight down from the door handles. If it goes in at a few places along the "longitudinal" or the main structural component of the pan, don't walk, run away from that car. Any car that sat out for any length of time in your part of the country is suspect.

If the Fuchs "windmills" are the four-bolt kind, a set of five can be sold for $400-$500 (or more sometimes). If the center caps and lug bolts are all there and good, add more for them. The door handles are probably $70+ for both... You're pretty close to $700 already.

Even if the car is too far gone (and a lot of that depends on how much you enjoy welding), you can still make your money back if you're willing to have the chassis sit in your yard for a while.

Check out the rusty spots like Milt suggested that is the key if the car is worth putting $$$ into. For the price the 5 bolts could be sold to get most of your money back.
A rebuild is going to set you back $2200-3000 if you do alot of the work.
Does it have FI?

you seem to have found most of the visible rust, the rust inside panels is the killer, how about the front and rear trunks?.with replacement pannels, a paint job,a new motor, the curve of your costs is going to damn near verticle. not to mention all of the bits and pieces you WILL wind up spending money on.
