ive got a 1600 dual port in a 64 beetle. can someone whos done this kind of thing tell me how they hooked up there throttle cable. i have a 31 pict carb and the return spring on it is not storng enough to return the throttle arm all the way. and there is no room between the carb and fan shroud for the original return spring. besides the fact that a 64 throttl cable is to short. i put an extension on which made it long enough. i just need to solve the return problem
