Over here in UK, we call it the T25, over in Germany it's the T3 and in the U.S. it's the Vanagon.... anyway!
Does anyone have info the spring rates on a stock van and then for lowering?
I know about the cheap and chearful methoed of lowering with cutting 2 coils off the front and using Vauxhall Cavalier SRI rear springs, and Just Kampers in this country offer a 60mm drop with their springs but that seems to be about it.
I want to go lower than that but I don't want the thing to handle like a pig or bottom out all the time due to too low spring rates from Vauxhall springs.
Is anyone into this van on here???

T3 in Germany???
That is odd... Also what do they call a normal T3 such as the fastback, notch, and sqareback?
So to them:
Split = T1
Bay = T2
Vanagon = T3
Actually a buddy and me are debating whether a Vanagon is still considered a T2? No one really calls a Vanagon a T2, but yet it still should be catagorized as such I would think?

T2.5 is common, We call them Vanagons in the USA... T3 and Type 3 are differnt.. Type3 being the sqback etc.. Even though we sometimes call them a T3...
I think the air-cooled Vanagon is the T2.5 T25 or whatever... Vanagon = T3 Eurovan=T4
Mike not much luck on other springs... H&R seem to be the big ones... I will keep searching
