Hi,does anyone know how to low balljoint beam spindles on a Type 2, I know Mark Reynolds had Beetle spindles fitted to his super low orange Kombi. Please let me know if you have any information on how it's done or who does it in the UK.

there are only 2 ways to get drop spindles on a early linkpin bus beam. 1. is to do as I think mark has done and fit bug balljoint trailing arms with specially made adapter bushes the replace the needle bearings. 2. inverse and switch your standard spindles left to right & right to left and thene you have to do some welding & bracing to make it all fit as the king pin needs a new seat to fit into....Indian Automotive here in Australia make a kit, Wolfgang in the states do one too! As for a a late ball joint front end....for get it just put in some adjusters and leave it a t that!
