Advantages to camber rear suspension

Are there any advantages to this type of suspension, as opposed to IRS.
I'm thinking of doing an IRS conversion to get rid of my reduction box gearing and make the tread lay flat and even for the highway.
Any opinions anyone may have on this would be gratefully appreciated.
