I think we should have an aftermarket/customization forum. I know I could use some insperation on how to finish my chop top and suicide doors. What will and won't work. Where to get parts to make your bug a trick streetrod. A place for full out bugrods or just custom little ideas to pitch around and get feedback/see if it exists.

i like your idea. i want to put suicide doors on one of my future projects and would like a forum dedicated to body mods or other changes.

I'd enjoy a forum like that as well. I'm currently doing many modifications to mine and would like a forum where I can discuss techniques, designs, and ideas with others that may be trying the same thing or have already done it.

I like that idea I have a ghia that has some mild body mods. I think that would for the vw owners that dont like having there vw look like everyone else's.

I would sort of like this as the exterior part of the Interior, Exterior and Sound System forum. I changed the description a little.

As for a new name.. what about something like "Beyond the C&G Look Forum".. as in... beyond just the standard Cal-look and German-look customizations? I kind of see that as the forum for things that don't exactly fit in with those labels of modifications.... am I wrong with that notion?
