How about a forum to cover bodywork repairs and mods.
I'm restoring my bug at the moment and considerable welding will be required. Luckly my brother is a expert at bugs and knows exactly the way to do it. Its pretty easy to @@@@-up if you don't know what your doing and a forum could be of great help to some people.

I know its not as exciting as bench racing but how about it?

Wouldn't this fall under exterior as in "the interior, exterior and sound system forum.

I must confess, I never noticed that before.
My eyes must have seen interior & sounds and ignored the rest

not many questions regarding steelwork there, I guess not everybody has to put up with crappy weather and salted roads.
