It appears that I have oil weeping out of this small hole in the corner above the bolt (see picture). This is the block split line near the oil pump. Is that probable?
Is there a simple way to make this better without a complete teardown?

I’d remove that bolt, drain the oil, flush the surface & hole with brake cleaner as much as possible (try to flush oil out the hole). Then mix up some JB Weld and try injecting into the hole with a syringe (do a test first to check the syringe can extrude the epoxy). The size is so small & not load bearing that is should work if you can get the epoxy into the tiny hole. Tig weld is another option but epoxy is less work and perfectly viable
