34 pict carb

i have a 34 pict carb that will not idle have tried every thing still wont Idle can't find any vacuum leaks cleared carb blue air through all holes in carb ,set all values at 6 ,set timing 9degrees played carb adjustments no leaks in t shaft where do i look next
