I found this today while repacking the front wheel bearings on the left side. The right side had even wear. What causes this and what’s the fix? I’m thinking a stuck piston?

Could be a few things, but stuck piston is high on the list if you have non-floating calipers. How does your rotor look? If you have a floating caliper (lots of bug disc kits do) you could have a caliper that isnt centering. I would expect some break warp from that if you tend to stop hard if that was the case. Was the smaller pad on the inside or outside?

My calipers are non-floating. The smaller pad was inside. I’ll see if I can remove the outer piston and see what’s going on in there.
