Should i replace these?

Heres a few pics of my floor pans. Should i cut out the pitting or leave it since its not all the way throughImageImage

Is it weakend? I'd just neutralize that stuff and put new paint or POR15 on it and call it good.

Ya i was thinking the same. Everything else is solid on the pan.
