Help with 'squirts/cycle' setting

This is my first Megasquirt install and I am fitting it to an air cooled 1600cc Twin Port Beetle engine using individual injectors for each port.
I understand how the number of cycles and the simultaneous and alternate functions work. I just need some advice on which combination is the most suitable for a low revving 4 cylinder even fire 4 stroke engine like mine.
Any suggestions?
