Entry list for the eifel rally is now final and includes car 48, the Salzburg rally beetle driven by Britains Jim Calvert, True to the necessary original FIA homologation papers, right down to the specified tyres, the first shakedown event for the new car will always be a baptism of fire, more details and info as things unfold, the pre event tests have gone well, I wish the team good luck on the event after a mammoth build and worldwide original parts finding exercise.

Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.

Some more detail on the car, the 46 IDA's have been problematic, as you would expect with 40 year old un used items, Jims ultrasonic bathing equipment has been working hard, more info as it comes in.
