edis crank wheel question
Ok guys so I am turboing my baja and im almost done but i decided I want to add edis. Everything is clear as to how it works but I have one question. Do I have to get the trigger wheel made or what car can I get it off of? Thanks beforehand

Re: edis crank wheel question
Mario makes a trigger wheel that is pretty slick its hidden and mounts on the backside of the pulley. You send him your pulley and he will machine it and weld it in.

You can buy one (there's several on the market), pull one of pretty much any Ford with an EDIS system, or I've even seen 5lb. T1 pulleys drilled with the correct spacing. It's a 36-1 trigger wheel you need though.

Re: edis crank wheel question
first I tinker about with DIY-stuff but did never get a solid signal, I got a lot of vibrations in the mounting of the sensor at high RPM, and some interference at idle. So i bought a kit from http://www.vwspeedshop.com/ and its VERY VERY NICE! solid build quality and rock solid signal at all RPM's.
