Welcome back!
whats the best way to cut these pushrods
In a lathe, ideally.
...lacking that Jake suggested an arrow shaft cutting jig, others have said it works well.
You could probably rig something that works decent with some angle iron and a thin (reinforced) cutoff wheel on a dremel.

You should be able to PM doc and reset your passwd.
Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.

Tubing cutter, just like you would use for brake line or fuel line.

Yes, and if you have any doubt, get a new, sharp wheel for it. Tighten a wee bit at a time, so you distort the tube as little as possible, and to leave a very minimal burr. I just did a set this way
