Most of the cars sold in the USA were DELUXE models, what you are discribing is a BASE interior. I am doing one on my street car. TMI sells it . Mike McCarthy

Do you mean TMI sells the Base/Standard Headliner, or do you just purchase the center section from a complete headliner and make it work?

I called them and they sell just the center but it not cheap , actually not much cheaper than whole early style kit. Mike McCarthy

its a 1200 head liner as they were the "cheap" model if you will....

it may be a tad louder in the car, i can notice a difference between my 1200 and a 67 1500, but unless your driving back to back who cares
