'67 European Beetle

Post by turboblue »

Looking for disc pads for the front of a '67 Euro bug.
This is a deluxe model with factory 4 lug disc brakes.
Customer needs pads for the front.

I used to own the car but cannot remember if it had Ghia style calipers or not.
Anyone know for sure?

Thanks
Gary

If the pads are the single pin style (which I have on both my 68 and 70 bugs with OEM discs), then you need the Bendix 23 pads. They were also used on some Alfettas of that era. I can get them in both hard (racing) and soft versions - if you have a choice use the soft versions - the hard ones squeal badly and don't stop you any better.
