I am getting built berg 5-speed bus box, and i wonder if 0.96 or 1.00 4th gears are available?

Albins here in Australia does make 1.00 4th gears,
but they are likely the splined 002 ones, and the Berg pinion shafts take keyed 113 gears.
You may be able to special order, direct or through their USA distributor, Weddle.

I HAVE also seen a 0.961 4th gear, but it was a straight cut one made by Hollinger back in the old days.
If you want custom made, Albins will make any ratio if they can fit it in with their production schedule.
