Re: pushrod and rockers
Change to rocker assemblies came in `65, so late 1200 are the same as 13/15/1600. Rockerstand blocks have an opening on one side, and the (1.1:1) arms have two parallel ribs on one side.
Earlier 1200 rockerstand blocks are cubical, with no slit. Depending upon the vintage, there may be a noticeable difference in the thickness of the top vs the bottom. Thinner side is top, and should be stamped TOP. Rockerarms are smooth on both sides, no ridges with a 1:1 ratio.
Generally speaking, if the steel pushrod tips are the same O.D. as the aluminum shafts the pushrods are 1300 or 15/1600. Some late 1200s are this way too, but most have tips which are larger than shaft. To make this identification even less reliable, early Type II/III 1500 pushrods also have the big tips.
All '67-up 15/1600 are the same length. Early 1500, and 1300, are slightly shorter (1300 shafts are slightly thinner, too).
1200 are all significantly shorter than 13-1600, again with subtle variation between early and late.

Re: pushrod and rockers
Overall length is ~11" for the common 15/1600 pushrods.
