It took five trips to collect the fenders, doors etc, and I had to borrow a neighbor's trailer to get the body. But it's all done. He said not to wax for at least six weeks. Also leave the parts outside uncovered for a while. Since I'm still working on the chassis, it'll be quite a while before putting everything back together. At the moment I'm waiting for new wheel cylinders to arrive. Until they get here I'm working on renewing the original seats. I ordered a kit from JC Witless which was a waste if $25 plus shipping. I took the drivers seat to a small upholstery shop. He said it would be over $300 for the front and rear seats, using my old covers. But he sold me a roll of padding and I've managed to fill one seat back myelf.
