reminds me of a post on a computer forum i used to visit... he wanted to water cool his computer, so he sealed it up with silicone, and poured water in the case! and as far as we all know he was serious...posted pics n all!

This is similar to that extrude hone crap.
Yes...you can port a head this way....but you have absoluetly no control over where material is removed...or even if what an abrasive paste, liquid or putty will follow a dynamic path anything similar to what the path of least resistance might be for airflow.
The people who subscribe to this are teh same that think big and smooth is the only meaning of porting. They also think that the bigger the TB the better.
Many times...well planned dinky little ports and TB's can outflow massive hogged out TB's and ports.
I have seen a porting done (illegal of course) on Nascar and grand national engines wherin material was actually added in in select places....for best flow at a certain rpm ..to occour. Ray
