Here is where I started with a stock 71 sedan.I paid $150 for it.It was in good solid shape. here are some pics of where I started.

Ok here I started gutting and cutting.







Went pretty quickly.

Time and money, two things usually not found together. It is coming along quite well. keep it up. Those back tires look like they are begging to be smoked.

get some suspensin upgrades on that thing and worry about paint late

Suspension is next I rattle canned it so It wouldnt start to rust again.Hate to have it rust after I cleaned it all off.Suspension is needed,but im not sure where to start.At this point my wife wants me to put the interior back in and drive it stock for a while.Which I was thinking of anyway.

She’s right. (Don’t tell her that.) I had a ’67 that was all stock except for the Baja body and big tires. It was a hoot.

what happened to the magnetic CB antenna? Is it for sale?

Hey lookin good man! Keep up the good work! I'd say to put some seats in it and drive the heck outa it. Need some big tires on the back though!

Ok well I havent got much done since I moved.I have a tons of stuff sitting here to be installed.But I havent had a lot of time.I added a few pics to the first post in this thread.I have a line on a decent engine.And I need to install all of my wiring.And finish my dash.

Feels like I've been working on mine forever... Hope to get more work done this weekend....I can't wait to turn the key and hear it start!

Lookin good there Tim! Got some meatier tired on the back I see. How fast you finish the car doesnt matter as long as you are enjoying it. Great lookin progress!

ok so here is an update. The only thing I have left to do is wire the Gen and the head and tail lights. And get this carb figured out I got the new dash in it and steering wheel mounted.I rebuilt the carb but the thing is running exactly the same still wont idle its getting frustrating. here are a couple of recent pics.
