Easy ... the only problem I had was picking which of the few dozen photos I have on a lift to submit

my poor little bug has spent an awful lot of time on a lift in the last two and a half years since I bought her (rust7.jpg was chipping away at the roofing tar hiding a severely rotted out framehead), thankfully the necessary repairs are winding down.

Let's see your VW at the waterfront ... either the beach, a riverside drive, etc. Hosing it off in the driveway doesn't count

The picture below was on a cruise to Williamsburg, VA (about an hour and a half from where I live in Richmond). Beautiful day, but I was beginning to think my bug didn't like Williamsburg for some reason ... first time I took her down, the aftermarket seatbelts her PO installed dooked out on me (retractor blew on the driver's side), and the time pictured below she started overheating on some hills. Just had her down the same way last weekend & she was a champ, so I guess she got over whatever her hang-up was

Got it ... one of the older pictures before I put stock rims on.

My mechanic calls my bug the most well photographed car in history ... I think I've got somewhere between 600 - 700 photos. To be fair, I won't start a new one ... the call for pictures is still your bug at the end of a dead end road where it just ends.

David, You must first post a photo of your VW near a white fence. You would then become the "winner" of the round and may then post a photo of your VW with a rainbow. The other participants must then obtain a photo of their VW with a rainbow to be the next "winner". You are currently not the "winner". White fence.

Let's see a picture of your baby before he / she was your baby ... either the picture his / her PO had up on Craigslis or another site that made you fall in love, or if your VW is a hand-me-down, a picture from before you took ownership.

If this is too hard and nobody can come up with one in a week, I'll change it to something easier. My bug has been passed around Richmond for decades so I have a few.
