important GEARHEAD info on the trans
Markssandtrans and Weddle set us up with ring/pinion, close ratio gearset-see output below, and a few more goodies to make it strong enough to handle the 4.3L
other than the case.. it is a new trans from the inside out.
for 33 inch tires at 4000rpm (according to mark's computer)
3.44-15.72 output=1st gear--->28mph
2.25-10.28 output=2nd gear--->43mph
1.67-7.63 output= 3rd gear--->58 mph
1.30-5.94 output= 4th gear--->74mph
