Love the plate on the body. Also did you wrap your intake/ CAI ?

The exhaust trim piece was a pain in the rump to bend to the body but it was cheap and polished up nice. It also came with a spare..I wrapped the air intake pipe with a product I found on amazon. Can't hurt right!

A/C is hooked up and running Great! I should have done this a long time ago...Summers are pretty humid here in Virginia. I got the Air conditioning kit on ebay but used my stock Subaru compressor. Also attached is what I did for wiring.

Thanks, even though I didn't use all the parts in the kit (Compressor/ fan/ switches) it was nice to have it all there for reference.

Thank you for the link. This looks very promising for my AC. Since you have more area in the front of a Ghia, I'm concerned if the condenser would fit in the front of a Bug. How large is the condenser?
Thanks again

CONDENSER
PARALLEL FLOW 14X20in (18mm Core Depth) 4 Rails Aluminum
Hope it works out for you if not go to ebay motors and search "Universal Condenser Parallel Flow" there are some 14x16 and even 12x14 ones available.
You can do the same for "Universal Evaporator for Car or Truck" and avoid having to buy the a kit if you're using you own compressor and fan. Then get this
http://www.ebay.com/itm/UNIVERSAL-A-C-O ... 0e&vxp=mtr and some hose or have a shop runs some lines and crimp them up for you.

Again many, many thanks for this information. This is next on my list after I get the engine to start.

Idle hands are the devils workshop...I didn't have any cooling issues but things were tight and the air from the radiator needed a better way out. Still some minor work to be done and a scoop to redesign but the fan now pulls a ton of air straight out. Of course now that hot air is probably going to find its way into my intercooler scoop in the back.
