I checked today. The spacing is .375 per side difference.
I have the 2nd pulley that I designed on a CNC mill but didn't have time to run it yet. Should be able to get to it this week though. Also, going to pick up a stock IDF air filter housing so I can design the top plates.
Just letting everyone that's interested know that I'm still working on this project. Work was delayed due to the holiday schedule. Next week everything returns to normal.
Just in case you guys thought I wasn't working on this still.
I had another employee run this part and he didn't understand which way to run it, but I can make a replacement next week.

Hi Devastator, you and everybody who posted on this thread where an insperation, using a lot of pictures and information from this thread i decided i will give making my own throttle body adapters myself a try, and also tell everybody the errors i made so others won't do the same.
When i drilled the 2 plates to put threaded rods to sandwhich the throttle body together i did not take in consideration the linckage beetween the 2 TB that connect the 2 throttle shafts together, so when i operate the throttle shaft it hits the treaded rod, easy fix there just drill a new hole .500 inche to the side .
Also the threaded rod on the pulley side does not clear the original plate that holds the throttle cables because i forgot to re-install that plate when i moked up for the drilling, not sure yet what will be the fix for that mistake.

Yes they are the ones that split in singles, good thing too, cause i was able to shuffle them around to get the TPS where i wanted.
I also could have gone the spigot route, but that required more ebay shopping, and i would have to comme up with a way to connect the throttle shaft linkage being .500 inches further apart.
You can see the one on the first pic is bolted with 3 countersunk screws, i wanted to keep the original plate that has a tab to adjust the throttle plate opening.
This pulley i had to do the center hole with the flat sides, what a PITA to make. How do you do your pulley holes with the flat side, the way i finaly did mine, was milling an elongated hole the diameter of the flat portion of the throttle shaft and finish it off with a rat-tail file that i grinded flat to get the proper radius of the throttle shaft.

Is there a way to attach a filter to the top plate?
Did you drill and tap the non-pulley tab to attach the pulley you made? I'm working on one that will clamp on so that no drilling is needed.

I use a CNC mill with a 1/32" endmill at 6500 RPM and 5 IPM feedrate. Clever usage of a file though.
For the filter i plan on using a IDF style filter assembly and just drill the bottom plate of the filter assembly and use the 3 threaded rods to keep it secured, the probleme with that would be if i want to remove the filter bottom plate the throttle bodies would come loose, maybe drill and tap the top plates of the throttle bodie and and secure the filter bottom plate with 10-24 bolts.
It would be interesting to see how your clamping system works.
