Man this could go on forever, BUT IT'S NOT!
First off we need enough people interested in a fricken T-Shirt. Then when we know we have the interest we will let the Majority decide what option they would like for the Fricken T-Shirt. On this Fricken T-Shirt two things should be obvious. One most important is the " STF " the second is Off-Roading. The whats and where's will be decide when the WHO 's stand up and say yea "I want one of those Fricken OFF-Road T-Shirts". We are not asking for any money YET. just a head count of who wants a FRICKEN T-SHIRT.
It is a yes I do or a no I do not. At most we are probably going to be around 15 bucks, that should not kill anybody. IF you are worrying about how it will look, your opinion is important, say something. we will take notes and compile them to a list that can be voted on. CHEESE and RICE this is a T-Shirt.
I will start a poll and hope peoples words can be counted on of who wants a shirt. Then when we have enough we will do a Poll on what it will look like.

MNAH, do you mind PMs from everyone who's on the list as to what they want? ...or maybe a poll?
-Baja bus
-Mild baja bug
-Wild baja bug (<--my vote)
-Glass buggy
-Rail
-?
You know the one I REALLY have liked in the simplicty... there's one I bought from Everett that has a "chain" or line of pix. We could make them all in a chain like the "endangered species"... maybe more in a character type...
I'd really like to see the runt bug as part of the chain.... Class11, Rail, Baja Bus, Fiberglass Buggy, Jacked up Bug... Odd numbers make it look more uniform
Problem with silk screened shirts is that they have to look good after they've been laundered a few times.
I'm a fan of Grey (not gay) shirts as they grey and keep on looking grey when they're dirty.
Simplicty
I've bought them for our VW club... unfortunatley we WAY over do it... starts to look cluttered and dated in a few years... stylisticly, I'd say choose something being sold by top notch designers...

The other forums couldn't pull it together as a group ... are we better?
Feel like I'm on the National Public Radio fund raiser.... may have an easier time getting crutches for babies in Sudan.

How could I be so stupid... let's throw a thing on there .. the original ORV... and first VW production car.
Cross post to 181 forum...
This tshirt may look like our garage (if they all need new paint).

I've got that black shirt too!
I like the chain of cars idea. I could do some line drawings, if anyone wants to point out some good pics to work from. Got to be square-on the side, though.
You know the one I REALLY have liked in the simplicty
Yeah, KISS. Basic pic, basic logo. Too much writing looks cluttered.
have to look good after they've been laundered a few times.
Or in my case, a few hundred times.

That's why I like a 'distressed' design- if it starts out looking worn, it won't show later. Patina!

Tuff mentioned simple line drawings.
Here's an early version of our local club's offroad section logo.
No beer guy, though.
And the color one.

ya its a neat picture frome 1987, but i dont own a baja. nor do i want a shirt that souly has a baja on it. i know you cant please everyone but if it does not have a rail on it i dont see why i should have one. thats like all these guys that walk arount wearing OCC, or west coast choppers shirts. and 95% have never even seen one in person let alone own one. my .02

You will eat the crap sandwich we give you...AND LIKE IT!!
Yeah...I was thinking this may be an issue. Should be like a rail and a bug...maybe something together, so they make a v where the back wheels meet.
I have been trying to get Briana to make something up for us...she kind of does this sort of thing for a living...but she is too busy making money or something pppphhhhht

Tell Briana that there is a T-Shirt in it for here that should swing the deal. If not tell her I have $5.29 and it's her's but she can't spend it all in one place though, you know like buying a gallon of gas. Tell her we need this bad, we are having T-Shirt withdraws, shoot use whatever line you used to get her to Marry you! Heck it had to be a good one.
