I was looking for something this morning (my desk is about as messy as my garage) and ran into what I think is the manufacturer of the Orange (heavier duty than the black colored Brazilian pan halves): Floor Pan Supply, "Wolfsburg West" in Corona, CA (951.549.0525.

I did look at their web site (above) and the floor pan comes in sections like the one I got so I am pretty sure this is the one.

Havent been on in a few days. i hope to be getting 3x3s now a guys trading me. need to find axles what size length will i need.

If you have time and want to avoid any issues, I would recommend setting up the rear end and then measuring axle length. You will read about a lot of folks frustrated with axle lengths when they try to "just guess". Look at the link above. Be sure to have the arms installed, stubs torqued, and alignment set. You may want to leave the torsion bars out so you can move the suspension easily to measure. That's the best way.

I used 3/4" PVC pipe. It fits well inside the CV's.

For figuring out the axle length, yes. Whether or not you use them depends on which CV's you plan to use.

I used 1/2"x2" square tubing and framed along the heater channel where the floor pan originaly bolted. I left a inch wide flange around the edge where the floor pan was welded to the tunnel. then i sandwiched a sheet of aluminum in between the flange, new metal frame and heater channel. I had to use the original floor pan as a template to get the holes all lined up. If I could have found replacement pan halfs locally I would have saved myself a ton of time, and probably achieved basicly the same thing.
