Wow that's a good price! Now just add that to a big twin scroll turbo and your off to the races!

I already have the big twin scroll turbo fitted ;)
Fitting that actuator under the valance may or may not be tricky.

I’m going to block one half of the scroll entry off and see if it makes a change, if it comes in sooner that would be great!

I'm anxious to see what that does! I've often thought about a big twin with the actuator, but the price of the valve has steered me away.

Well at the minute it starts to come above 100kpa at nearly 5k rpm and made 5.5psi at 5800rpm.... but the curve is getting sharper there and I think that was second gear but may have been 3rd. So.....

thats a good point, got some logs.

need to stick in a SD card and start logging to that.

and setup my idle tables. and sort cold start.... and maybe install an idle valve.... many things to do!

i'm wondering about what nozzles to have for water injection....

MS3 can control the pump pretty good i believe, so go for one bigger nozzle for the end goal of higher power, or two smaller nozzles one small one for up to 7psi and then a second one to come in after that?

Hey Andy, I phoned Snow and they ask me how much Hp I wanted and  I told them 300-400 , they said install one 375 ML/MIN ,, it's working good as long as it doesn't activate too soon   got mine to start spaying about 10-12 lbs

So blocking off half the turbo scroll worked well.

it now starts to build boost at 3000 rpm and steady raises up to my 6k rpm red line

i made 7.8psi of boost! so happy with that! it was at 5700 rpm but.... boost is boost lol it has a 7 psi spring in the waste gate and today was the first time its opened!

as its still 9.3:1 compression is still super off boost and really peppy. and it still really just wants to revs as it did NA.

i was getting a couple of sync looses i need to look into my but VR sensor wire was very near to my spark plug wire and probably touching at times i'm guessing so i've secured that out the way and will try again next time.

temps and pressure of oil look fine which is good. but i'm only doing short test runs for like 10 mins at a time then save the log ect.

i was using VE Analyse via mega log viewer and that was working really well for me.

i'm super rich, like 10.2AFR at that 7.8psi but i made it that way and then slowly leaning it out.

i'll try and post up my timing tables and AFR targets and maybe you guys can see what you think. baring in mind the compression.

i'm dropping one degree of timing per PSI.
this engine never liked 30 degrees NA at WOT anyways and preferred 28 it seemed.

also i could get it to idle at 14 easily today too, or leaner if i wanted..... which i couldn't do before which is odd

so i'm at about 150kpa now

Atleast the boost raises in a steady manner so it’s easier to tune.
I’m at 85% duty cycle on 360cc injectors at 10.2 AFR at 7.8psi at 5700rpm.... I haven’t worked out how to work our power from that....

At a guess still under 200.

But yeah creeping up on it! New injectors, methanol nozzle and get that working. Then boost controller and sneak up some more!

Needs lots more tuning, but jerky on cruise ect at time but still early days on the map
