I had some time this last weekend to get the intercooler welded up and mounted. It's not done as it need the blow off valve welded on and the water inlet/outlets added. But it's mostly there and looks great in it's home.
It mounts to two of the bell housing bolts with a simple T-bracket out of 1/4" 6061 that bolts to the three threaded stand off's welded to the under side of the intercooler which makes for a very stout mounting layout.
I ordered the bare core from Bell Intercoolers which has been my go to for intercooler cores in the past and the quality and price is unmached.

Thanks Olf'!
Gotten a few aluminum fab jobs done.Got the Blow off valve mounted in it's home as well as designing a small expansion tank out of scrap bits I had laying around. This will act to burp air from the cross over coolant manifold as well as a easy way to fill the system.
I did get a simple tank and pump setup made for the air-water inter cooler mounted behind the passenger seat. It will hold around 3.5 gallons and has a fun little hinged lid on it for easy filling and adding ice. The little pass through for the rear fire wall took longer than the tank itself.
I still need to weld up the in and out for the inter cooler but have been waiting to install the tank bulkhead to see where best routing will end up.
