Try replacing it with a 5K potentiometer.
Shoot for 28-30 PSI.

CHT=cylinder head temperature
EGT=exhaust gas temperature
TPS-Throttle position sensor (Djet doesn't really have one like more recent FI setups, it's more of a throttle
motion sensor, could easily be redesigned with a hall sensor...Ray

Can you respond to the querie i posted on the 'burp' and flat spot my 72 411 has>>? Could it be as simple as temp sensor...? The one that screws into head.? I think-

Had sometime to pull distributor, distributor drive pinion is at 60* like it supposed to. Also pulled injectors and looked at the seals, they are fine. I need to post a picture of the seals I have. I am not sure if I am supposed to use 2 on each or one.
Also I don't think I am getting much power out of #3 when I pull the plug on this cylinder it doesn't affect idle as much as others. This is a cylinder with lowest compression.
Adjusting TPS seem to make it better, but right now I cannot get it to idle ok at below 1k rpm.
Any how, I've picked up complete engine from 71 auto with wiring harness and all FI parts, but after looking at the terminals and missing exhaust nuts I've decided to rebuild it and bump it to 1776 with new cam, lifters, P&Cs and full flow. Tore it down seems to be looking ok, nothing screams disaster except for mismatched heads and few minor missing parts.
For engine rebuild I'll open a new thread...
