Re: Six-seven Turbo Projekt
cool.. thanks for the info
I'll be curious to see the rest of yours come together. Once I get closer to going turbo, this is one option I'll definitely keep in mind.

I dyno'd this motor N/A, it will be interesting to see what kind of a gain I get out of it. My seat of the pants meter will be pegged.

More pics as of today. Got the carb hung finally, and a support bracket made (it will be re-done). I had to tap the manifold and install new studs for mounting, and also on the carb for the stacks. I didn't like the previous owner's set up for mounting. Now I can focus on the stupid little stuff.....

Waste gate is now mounted, now I need to get it all ceramic coated, hopefully this week??

Still need to run feul line, and oil lines, throttle cable, and maybe another support bar.

Where do you plan on running the downpipe? Also do you plan on dumping the wastgate in to the down pipe?

Re: Six-seven Turbo Projekt
I need to get it in the car before I run the down pipe, but it will most likely exit between the lower corner of the body and the deck lid. Sounds weird, but I have it pictured in my head. The 'plan' is to dump the WG in to the down pipe, but it's only going to benefit if the down pipe is of any considerable length.

Looking great..
Can't wait to see the down pipe installed. Will this fit below the deck lid, or are you going to have to run stand offs?

I'm 99% certain I'll have to run a stand off of some sort.

Dude........you have no idea.
I can't get my own crap done when I'm working on people's hot rods. It's rough, but I'll get thru it.
I should have some time this weekend to make some progress. I sent my exh. parts off to get coated yesterday, and I should get my 3"SS tube for my down pipe on Monday. I'm sooooo close......just not there yet. I still need to figure out how to jet this thing too.
