Oh absolutely. I have the weight written down. If I have to, the spare piston I installed is matched with the others and undamaged. I can just check clearances and slip it into the new cylinder with new rings and save the new piston as a spare.

Well, I've done a few hard pulls and the blow by isn't getting better and I think it may just be getting worse. Brand new rings don't usually leak this much, broken in or not.
I'm going to just go all-in since the cheap solution didn't work. new P/C set and total seal rings for the second ring groove. I sure hope all the cylinders and pistons are the same heights.

One last update to this and I'll leave it be.
I finally heard detonation for the first time today. It's seriously a screwed up noise. Easily recognizable. When my head got that damage, I wasnt hearing any detonation.
I believe that exhaust valve guide was machined too tight originally and running boost and retarded timing made that valve stem expand enough to get stuck. The result was heated boost charge shooting across from the intake, torching the plug, and spewing out the open exhaust valve. It caused all the damage in a split second.
