IRS clips look to be in the right location. Complete welded torsion housing.
If you feel you are picking up speed you may be going downhill.

found a 200 mm 6v flywheel and 3 puck feramic disc had been installed in the 40 horse.
it also had balancing holes drilled and indexed pressure plate.
Clutch had never turned and way too much grease on the input spines.
