With Turbo and Super charging you can create massive horsepower with vw motors.

You have your trims mixed up. A p trim is t t4 turbine wheel and a H trim is a compressor wheel. This is a good mild drag car set up or high rpm street car set up. A little lazy but has great top end.

I can make that set-up In a t3 .48 4 bolt exhaust housing which will help spool it up much quicker. I did one like this for a sandrail with a 2332 and he loves it.

Well I had a couple of minutes to see if everything will fit in the engine compartment. I still need to cut some of the couplers down and such, but overall I think it is going to work out as planned. Now I need to try and fit everything else down below the tin.

The intercooler seems to be very well made. I got the intercooler, silicone couplers, and t bolt clamps from http://www.siliconeintakes.com. They have excellent prices, fast shipping, and the customer service is great. I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future.

Nice, I really enjoyed building my header. You still need to add some slack to those fuel lines  I would hate for you to rip a fuel rail out your first trip out.

where did you get your tubing?

I know, I know. It is on the "list". Hope you don't mind, but I am stealing some of your header design.
I got tubing from SPD, Columbia River Mandrel Bends, and Megs exhaust.
I needed bends in 2", 2.5", and 3" radius.

I commend you for building your own header. I was thinking about it, then I came to my senses and realized i really didn't want to spend the time to do it. But........Kudos to you guys. :D

If I didn't want people to use it for there purposes I wouldn't have posted it  If you need any other or more pictures let me know. I think some of the pics in my header build thread got dumped but I can find them again. 8)

Dude you are half way there! I'm just happy I ended up with a good pressure ratio. I might have to make a new one soon to move my turbo a little, I can't go any bigger on the inlet because of where it lines up with the head, a over sight on my part...

EDIT:
WW I'm glad you haven't forgot about the fuel lines, Ill keep checking it

Is that the only fuel pump you are using? I wasn't aware that carter made one in that style that went over about 20PSI.

What pump are you using for your intercooler? Same with the tank. Setup is looking good! Gonna make it to the salt this year?
