Yeah, good eye; that must be it. It looks like a fan is under there too, which makes sense.
I think it won't be enough cooling to drive on the street, but for drag racing and driving back to the starting line, its very likely enough cooling.

Nah, was just thinking out loud, since watercooling, even if only the heads, could bring you real close real quick to street driving capability (like Russ Fellows 9-second car and the Skinne wbx oval)

You know this engine was in Marco's 9 second street car, so we know the engine can do it... But that machine of Matt's......
Yes, the radiator is the aluminium object in the top left of the picture with the two 32 mm pipes going to it. I made it from an intercooler core and fabricated both ends to fit the car. It works really well and is ducted from the side window. Also, there is a pig pull-thru electric fan sitting underneath the rad.
Actually, it's going to be road legal and driven on the road. Whilst I would never suggest it's a street car, it will be driven on the street . I can't wait to see the look on the local boy-racers' faces when they spot the parachute on the back of the car (yet to be fitted).

I love a bit of street racing! 0-60 only, of course! I would never condone breaking the speed limit...
What's the scene like where you are dude? Matt
Pretty quiet here on the west coast compared to the east.... But I'd like to think we have better taste! But in recent times we've had an influx of UK enthusiasts immigrate to WA, which has brought a bit of life to the local groove... Most of these dudes are into bus' and camping though.... The performance side of things is small but solid... All street cars, nothing stupid fast, but all good fun... I'd say we have 4 or 5 cars in the 12-13 second bracket and one car with low 10 potential (400+hp!)... Hasn't been raced yet, but is a beast on the street!
