what is everyone cutting with?

Offroad VW based vehicles have problems/insights all their own. Not to mention the knowledge gained in VW durability.

Tim sorry that OSHA fined you. I have never had OSHA come to my home to inspect what I was doing.

Tim if you have a problem of centering the wheel over the shaft, then buy the blade that fits the tool.

I am a licenced contractor for 27 years with no OSHA violations.

Once again.. it's not centering the wheel.... it's fitting a flat wheel over an area that's engineered to accept a bell shaped distressed wheel.

OSHA violations.. because you haven't had a fine doesn't mean you're not capable - they normally will not search your home.

It's amazing the stupid stuff folks do when you're not babysitting. ..

This guy wasn't even using some crappy homemade adapter on his grinder, and it ended up killing him. So everyone should keep that in mind...

Why don't Hacksaws have guards on them?
Hot, humid air is less dense than cooler, drier air. This can allow a golf ball to fly through the air with greater ease, as there won't be as much resistance on the ball.

If I wasn't so modest (and fat) I would show you my mid section...I had a cut off wheel explode and gut me like a fish....51 stitches worth...probably due to my inexperience though.

here is my rant. i have a 14" dewalt metal chop saw. mosts store around here sell 3/16 " thick dewalt abrasive blades for 4-5 bucks, i've even seen 'em cheap as 3 for $10. but if you install one and turn the saw on the dang things flex around and flop liks pizza dough being tossed in the air. looks like an accident waiting to happen and i don't like blood especially mine!

as a result i have to really shop around and find the 5/64 " thick blades blades made by Forney. once i found a 5/64" dewalt blade at lowes but that store is an hour drive one way....

you think dewalt would test their own products....

Well Tim it looks like all your buddies show up. It looks like the cuff off blade is equal to the AK 47. Do you think that they use them in West LA?

Like I said " buy the blade that fits the tool " Please keep the hate letters coming in.
